PERKS Pets is an idea that started when we got our Labrador puppy, over four years ago. We didn't want her dressed the same as everyone else so I started making her accessories myself. They started out very basic with ribbon-adorned webbing and gradually progressed to the more luxurious ones that are available on the site now.
The name comes from the initials of our beloved past dogs (Prince and Squish) and our current dogs (Remi and Koko). I felt that it was a nice tribute to them all after all the love they have given us.
I finally decided to share my passion for individuality with all of you, after a number of suggestions to do so, and requests from friends and acquaintances to make collars and leads for their pups. Many of the sets are worn by Koko, so you know that your accessories are tried and tested.
I truly aspire to be a dog's modiste, and help bring out their wonderful personalities in being beautifully dressed. There are plenty of stock fabric designs to choose from, but if you are looking for something different, I can always look to source that. Just get in touch and I will do my best to satisfy your requirements. Over time, the choice of stock fabric will increase.
As every item sold is made to order, there will be a preparation time of 2-5 working days with in-stock fabrics. I'm sure that you can appreciate that when sourcing custom fabrics, it will take a little longer. I am the only person making the accessories and not a whole team and I have to fit it around my day job, as a carer.
