Starlight Lead

Everything is made to order by me, therefore the lead time for making your order is between 3 -5 working days.  During busy times, it may take longer for the order to be made.  Once your order is completed you will be sent an email informing you that it is being dispatched. 

Delivery within the UK will be sent 2nd Class through Royal Mail and will take 3-5 working days. 

International shipping will normally take 6-7 working days.

Although the metal fittings are rust resistant they are not rust proof. Therefore, it is advisable to dry the metal fittings with a towel after getting wet, muddy or in contact with salt water. Then dry the lead on a radiator, airer or washing line but do not tumble dry.

These leads are fully machine washable at 30°C/85°F and it is advisable to wash them every 2-3 months or when they become very dirty to keep them in their optimum condition. Rinse off any excess mud or sand and then it is recommended that they are washed in the bag that they came in.

Dry the metal fittings with a towel and either line dry or put on a radiator but do not tumble dry.

Due to this product being made to order, a refund is only provided in the cases of loss in transit or a genuine malfunction of the product. A full quality check is performed before shipping.

In the case of a fault, the product must be returned for assessment before a refund or replacement can be considered.
