Silver & Gold Snowflakes on Green Key Fob

Everything is made to order by one person, therefore the lead time for making your order is between 3 -5 working days.  During busy times, it may take longer for the order to be made.  Once your order is completed you will be sent an email informing you that it is being dispatched. 

Delivery within the UK will be sent 2nd Class Tracked through Royal Mail and will take 3-5 working days. 

International shipping will be sent Standard Tracked and Signed and will normally take 6-7 working days.

Although the metal fittings are rust resistant they are not rust proof. Therefore, it is advisable to dry the metal fittings with a towel after getting wet, muddy or in contact with salt water. Then dry the key fob on a radiator, airer or washing line but do not tumble dry.

These key fobs are fully machine washable at 30°C/85°F and it is advisable to wash them every 2-3 months or when they become very dirty to keep them in their optimum condition. Rinse off any excess mud or sand and then it is recommended that they are washed in the bag that they came in.

Dry the metal fittings with a towel and either line dry or put on a radiator but do not tumble dry.

Returns and exchanges are accepted provided you contact me within 14 days of receipt.  The item must be returned in its original and unused condition within 14 days after the date of contact.  Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

I’m sorry, but I cannot accept returns for personalised/customised items unless in the case of a fault.

Due to this product being made to order, once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  Should you have any problems with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
