Purple Herringbone Tweed Key Fob

Everything is made to order by one person, therefore the lead time for making your order is between 2-3 working days.  During busy times, it may take longer for the order to be made.  Once your order is completed you will be sent an email informing you that it is being dispatched. 

Your order will be sent in a mailer box and the packaging is all recyclable.  A dust bag is included in the package to keep your key fob in when not in use and keep it safe from harm when washing.

Delivery within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will take 2-3 working days. 

International shipping will be sent Standard Tracked and will normally take 6-7 working days. There are, however, times when the package can get delayed at customs at either end, resulting in delivery taking up to 10 weeks. This is entirely out of my control, I'm afraid.

Although the metal fittings are rust resistant, they are not rust proof. Therefore, it is advisable to dry the metal fittings with a towel after getting wet, muddy or in contact with salt water. Then dry the key fob on a radiator, airer or washing line but do not tumble dry.

Even though these key fobs are fully machine washable at 30°C/85°F, it is recommended to handwash them in warm soapy water to preserve the integrity of the design. It is advisable to wash them every 2-3 months or when they become very dirty to keep them in their optimum condition. Rinse off any excess mud or sand and then it is recommended that they are washed in the bag that they come in, if washed in the machine.

Dry the metal fittings with a towel and either line dry or put on a radiator but do not tumble dry.

Returns and exchanges are accepted provided you contact me within 14 days of receipt.  The item must be returned in its original and unused condition within 14 days after the date of contact.  Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

I’m sorry, but I cannot accept returns for personalised/customised items unless in the case of a fault.

Due to this product being made to order, once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  Should you have any problems with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
